Ceist:171 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for the Environment if he will announce an amenities and recreational grant scheme in 1993; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Ceist:173 Mr. Clohessy asked the Minister for the Environment when national lottery funds will be made available to county councils for distribution.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 122, 171 and 173 together.
There is no provision in my Department's Estimates for 1993 for a new amenities recreational facilities grants scheme. The 1993 provision of £1.671 million is to cover the payment of grants allocated under the 1990 and 1991 schemes. In the case of the Bohola project, the grants allocated in 1990 and 1991 have been fully paid.
