Ceist:158 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Environment if he will introduce an amendment to the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992, to include matters relating to noise pollution and also legislation in this area which is at least on a par with our EC partners, particularly in the Netherlands.
