295 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health if butter vouchers will be granted to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who is in receipt of disabled person's maintenance allowance; and if so, when they will be issued in relation to his 1992 entitlement.
Payment of the disabled persons maintenance allowance and its associated benefits such as butter vouchers in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, South-Eastern Health Board with a request that he reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
