Ceist:121 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Justice if she has reviewed the operation of the Gaming Act, 1956; and if it is proposed to introduce amending legislation during the life of the 27th Dáil.

The Gaming and Lotteries Acts, 1956 to 1986 are kept under review in my Department.
However, I could not undertake to indicate, by way of reply to parliamentary questions, what specific legislative proposals I might have in a particular area. Any proposals I may have in relation to the subject matter of this question will be announced in the ordinary way.
