Ceist:194 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Defence if his attention has been drawn to the fact that FCA officers were not paid arrears for the increase granted in 1991 to PDF officers, when they attended annual training this year, despite his earlier assurance; and if he will now instruct his Department to immediately pay this money to those entitled to receive it, as it is now 14 months overdue.
