Ceist:193 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Defence if he intends to discuss any proposed changes in the FCA with the representative association before they are finalised; and if so, when he expects such discussions to take place.

Consultations will take place with the Reserve Defence Force Representative Association in respect of any proposed changes in An Forsa Cosanta Aitiúil which may affect the remuneration and conditions of service of its members or other matters which come within the scope of representation of the association. It is intended to consult with the association in relation to the promotion of other ranks in An Forsa Cosanta Áitiúil and An Slua Muirí in the near future.
