This person was paid his 1992 special beef premium scheme grant, June-July application period, and his 1992 suckler cow premium scheme grant in mid January 1993. His December 1992 application for grant under the special beef premium scheme will be processed in due course.

Ceist:240 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the remainder of the sheep subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Due to a clerical error the person named was underpaid under the 1992 ewe premium scheme. I have now made arrangements to have all outstanding amounts paid as soon as possible and I regret any inconvenience caused.
