Ceist:241 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if his attention has been drawn to a letter issued from his office on 15 August 1991 to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; his views on whether that letter conveyed information that his Department would be making an application for a grant under the Operational Programme before December 1991, but that it subsequently transpired the application had not been forwarded to the Commission by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
