284 Mr. M. Kitt asked the Minister for Health the number of payments of domiciliary care allowance in each of the health board areas; the cost of these payments; the number of medical cards issued to mentally handicapped children in each health board area; the cost of these; the number of mentally handicapped children without medical cards in each health board area; and the extra cost involved in granting medical cards to handicapped children in each health board.
