Ceist:301 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for Education when a school transport grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal on behalf of his son.
Written Answers. - School Transport Grant.
The pupil in question qualified for grant-aid towards the cost of private transportation up to the end of 1990/91 school-year. It is understood that the family has changed residence, which may have affected his eligibility for grant-aid. My Department is currently investigating this matter and will contact the Deputy when a decision has been made on the pupil's eligibility for continued grant assistance.
