102 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Social Welfare his views on the adequacy of the facilities at the employment office in Cashel, County Tipperary; the immediate steps, if any, he will take to remedy the situation so as to give dignity to the people forced to avail of this service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The office in Cashel is managed under contract for my Department and the premises there are provided by the manager. The main problem with facilities at the office is the lack of space.

Efforts to find a suitable alternative premises in the town, which have so far been unsuccessful, will continue.
