Ceist:114 Mr. Collins asked the Minister for Justice if she is considering an application for purchase of ground rents by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if so, the present status of the application.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of an application to purchase ground rent having been lodged at the Land Registry on behalf of the person in question.
