Ceist:

131 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for the Environment when he will be in a position to notify Cavan County Council of the sanction for the swimming pool for Cavan town; if his attention has been drawn to the delay in this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Proposals from Cavan County Council for the acceptance of tenders for the Cavan swimming pool were received in my Department on 24 February, 22 March and 29 March, and are now being examined. A decision will be notified to the council as soon as possible.
