194 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if he will give details of the areas of public policy, and also the commitments in the Programme for Partnership Government 1993-1997 for which he has ministerial responsibility.
The areas of public policy for which I have ministerial responsibility are transport, energy and communications except for broadcasting policy functions transferred to the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht as set out in the schedule to S.I. No. 13 of 1993.
Details of the commitments in the Programme for a Partnership Government 1993 — 1987 for which I have responsibility will be found in the programme at pages 14-15, 35, 46 — Transport — 48-50 — Energy — 52 — Communications.
