Ceist:158 Mr. B. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education when a higher education grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I understand from Cork County Council, which is the body statutorily entrusted with the administration of the Higher Education Grants Scheme in this case, that the person in question was awarded a grant in the full fees only category by reference to family reckonable income and the conditions of the scheme.
