Ceist:

27 Ms McManus asked the Minister for the Environment if he will ensure that when the tenant purchase scheme is made available, unemployed people, single parents and people living on social welfare will be able to enjoy the right to buy their own house.

The terms of the proposed tenant scheme will not exclude any of the categories of persons mentioned.
