Ceist:124 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Education if, in view of the case made by St. Fergal's senior national school, she will undertake to provide a resource teacher in view of the great need.

I am aware of the needs of the school in question and I can confirm that my Department will very shortly be conveying approval for the appointment of a special class teacher on a permanent basis.
