Ceist:13 Mr. Sargent asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs if he has made any representations to a company (details supplied) over their operations in Colombia, as these have infringed the land rights of Paez Indians, felled vast areas of tree cover, prohibited trade union activists from calling strikes and caused three deaths, 75 hospitalisations and many adverse health conditions due to the release of chlorine after a 1992 accident at their Yumbo factory.
