Ceist:

236 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Education if she has satisfied herself with the standard of school buildings currently in existence at Carrowreagh national school, Bunninadden, Ballymote, County Sligo, roll number 15220; the plans, if any, she has for the improvement of the standard of accommodation now available to pupils and teachers in this school; if she intends to take any action; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am aware of the unsatisfactory condition of the present school building at Bunninaddden national school, Ballymote, County Sligo. I have asked my Department to carry out an investigation as to how best to provide improved facilities for the pupils and teachers in question.
