245 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Education the number of temporary teachers currently in service at primary schools, by county in which the teachers are working, and by number of years service per teacher.
The information requested by the Deputy is supplied in the following tables. Table 1 gives the amount of service, including service as a substitute, temporary or permanent assistant, given by teachers currently serving as temporary assistants. Table 2 gives the number of temporary assistants currently serving in primary schools, by county in which they are working.
