Ceist:118 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Defence if his attention has been drawn to the unacceptable conditions of the living quarters in the Military Barracks in Castleblayney, County Monaghan; if, in view of the fact that this has been a temporary barracks for 24 years and that one of his predecessors stated that it should be and would be made permanent, he will make a statement as to when this barracks will be made permanent and when the necessary repairs will be carried out.
