124 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in issuing a Section 12 Consent in respect of a subdivision (details supplied) in County Cork; and if his attention has been drawn to the importance of having this consent issued without further delay.
The Folio in question, for which subdivision is required, is the subject of exchange proceedings under the Land Acts. Due to the complexity of this case it will be necessary to complete these proceedings before subdivision consent can be granted. My Department is making every effort to finalise this case and I will communicate further with the Deputy within a few weeks.
