Ceist:123 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the authority that would maintain a register of the joint owners and farmers with rights of grazing on commonage lands (details supplied) in County Wexford as the farmers using this land have to give details of the percentage usage of it for area aid application purposes in relation to stocking weights of livestock units.
