143 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be granted a haulage licence; and if his application will be expedited in view of all the relevant documentation having been supplied.
My Department has received an application from a company of which the person concerned is a director. My Department is in communication with the company with a view to clarifying certain aspects of their application. As soon as these matters are clarified satisfactorily by the applicant the licence application will be processed without delay.
