Ceist:144 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if his Department has received an application form in respect of rural electricity supply from a person (details supplied) in County Laois; and if he will make a statement on the delay in having this matter processed in view of the hardship being experienced by the person.
