Ceist:107 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice the status of an application for first registration for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.
Written Answers. - Status of Application.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application was lodged in the Land Registry on 31 March 1993. A number of queries were raised on the application and some of these queries were discharged on 12 January 1994. However, it was found necessary to raise further queries in the matter and a letter to that effect issued to the applicant's solicitors on 7 February 1994. The application cannot be further processed until these queries are satisfactorily discharged.
