157 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education the plans, if any, she has to provide funding for an additional room at a school (details supplied) in County Cork; and when sanction will be granted for the appointment of an additional teacher at this school.
The question of grant-aided additional accommodation at the school referred to by the Deputy is currently under consideration in my Department. A decision will be conveyed to the school authorities in the near future. The current enrolment at the school does not warrant the appointment of an additional teacher for the 1994-95 school year.
