135 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if he will ensure that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 will have her redundancy payment made in view of her difficult financial circumstances and as she has a child for confirmation this week; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

An application for payment of a redundancy lump sum was received by my Department on 2 February 1994 in respect of the person concerned. Following the submission by the liquidator involved of necessary additional information, the claim was processed for payment and this issued on 25 March 1994.
