134 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment when the feasibility study on replacing motor insurance premia with a levy on petrol will be completed; his views on whether this matter is taking a long time to determine; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The report on the feasibility of replacing motor insurance premia with a levy on petrol is being considered by my Department. I expect to be able to make an announcement about the report in the near future.
