Ceist:91 Mr. Harte asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the need to provide proper sewerage facilities to serve the village of Muff, County Donegal; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that Donegal County Council is in contact with the Northern Ireland authority and agreement on sewage discharge is at an advanced stage; if the scheme will be included in the next five year operational programme; and, if not, if he will provide a special grant to cover the needs of completing the scheme.
