Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 20 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Broughan — the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 17, who is a north Dublin housewife and mother of young children, and who is incarcerated in Mountjoy Prison to serve a three month sentence imposed by the District Court on foot of a committal order sought by a company (details supplied) over a debt owed on a store card account; (2) Deputy Crawford — the subject matter of Parliamentary Question No. 379 of 22 March 1994, regarding school transport arrangements for a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan; (3) Deputy Owen — the continuing bombardment of Gorazde by the Bosnian Serbs and the resultant death and injury of many people.

The matters raised by Deputies Owen, Broughan and Crawford have been selected for discussion.
