Ceist:70 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment if it has been brought to his attention that a section of Talbot Street, Dublin 1, at the Amiens Street end was omitted from special designated status for incentives; and if he will now extend the designated area to include the remainder of Talbot Street, Dublin 1, and thus link it with the Custom House dock area.
