Ceist:140 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for the Marine if he will provide funding in the 1994-1995 estimates for the extension of the pier and creation of a breakwater at Baltimore, County Cork, under the EC Cohesion Fund.

Ceist:141 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for the Marine if he will provide funding for the extension of the pier at Ahakista, Durrus, County Cork under the 1994-95 Estimates; and, if this project will not go ahead in 1994, when it is likely to be granted funding.
I propose answering Questions Nos. 140 and 141 together.
While these projects cannot because of financial constraints be undertaken in 1994, they will be considered again once allocations for 1995 and later years under the Structural Funds Programme have been finalised.
