Ceist:

23 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment the action, if any, he will take in view of the report of the working group on travelling traders which he received in February 1994; the Departments to which the report was circulated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. M. Smith):

The report is being considered in the Departments concerned and will be submitted to the Government for a decision on action to be taken. Pending such a decision, it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the matter.
