Ceist:26 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will extend the urban renewal scheme in County Kerry to include Listowel town; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Extension of Urban Renewal Scheme.
I do not propose to designate Listowel under the new urban renewal scheme. The focus of the scheme on areas where there is most need to promote urban renewal necessarily limits the number of towns which can be designated.
