Ceist:15 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Defence the number of regular recruits taken on by the Defence Forces in 1994; and the number of those who were recruited from County Kerry.

To date in 1994 about 450 recruits have been enlisted in the Permanent Defence Force while a further 50 persons are in the process of being enlisted. Three of the new recruits are from County Kerry.
