Written Answers. - Holiday Legislation.
Arising from a commitment in the Programme for Competitiveness and Work, it is my intention to publish shortly a discussion document on the holiday legislation. The purpose of the discussion document, which will be circulated widely, is to review our existing legislative provisions on holidays and to seek views from interested parties on possible future developments in our statutory arrangements in this area.
