102 Mr. S. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment if he will consult with Fingal County Council to establish the reason for the delay in proceeding with Phase 2 of the Baldoyle flood relief scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3032/95]

I am informed that Fingal County Council is advancing the planning of Phase 2 of the Baldoyle flood relief scheme as quickly as possible.
