54 Mr. S. Brennan asked the Minister for Finance if he has consented to any agreed guidelines under section 25(a) (ii) and (b) (ii) of the Finance Act, 1993; the date of such consent; and the number of certificates approved by the Revenue Commissioners in each of the years ending 31 December 1993, and 31 December 1994, and to date in 1995. Guidelines relating to the seed capital scheme have been agreed in relation to qualifying activities in the following areas: manufacturing, internationally traded services and tourism. (July 1993); micro-propagation, mushroom cultivation and special trading houses. (July 1994) and aquaculture and fish processing. (February 1995).
The Revenue Commissioners have stated that they do not approve certificates under the seed capital scheme.
