138 Mr. E. Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment the criteria for establishing priority for projects to be funded by his Department environmental services operational programme; if he will publish a list of such projects that have been approved with start dates, if available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The criteria for selecting projects for co-financing under the Operational Programme for Environmental Services, 1994-1999 are generally set out in the published document, copies of which are available in the Oireachtas Library. Lists of approved projects will be published in my Department's Environment Bulletin, copies of which are circulated to every member of the Oireachtas and are made available in the Oireachtas Library.
