The direct administration costs of the National Lottery Company expressed as a percentage of turnover for the years in question were as follows: 1990, 3.2 per cent; 1991, 2.8 per cent; 1992, 2.9 per cent; 1993, 3.0 per cent; 1994, 2.6 per cent.
