This application was received in the local office on 2 January 1995 and had not been processed when the scheme was suspended on 27 April 1995. As I indicated to the House recently the position regarding applications received between 1 January 1995 and 27 April 1995 will be reviewed in September.

Teagasc in Skibbereen received this application on 27 February 1995 and it is presently being processed by it. If everything is found to be in order the file will then be forwarded to my Department for further processing. Provided all conditions for payment are met, payments are normally made within six weeks of receipt in the Cavan office.
