Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will insist that the EU Commission produce the evidence on which they propose to disallow FEOGA guarantee expenditure in the beef intervention area and also the evidence of alleged infringements of tendering procedures for buying in beef during the years 1991 and 1992; if he will bring such evidence before Dáil Éireann; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
