72 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for the Environment the plans, if any, he has for the provision of funding for a sewerage scheme at Latlurcan on the Castleblayney Road, Monaghan, either by way of a small sewerage scheme or extension of the Monaghan Town scheme; when funding will be provided; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Monaghan Urban District Council are at present preparing a preliminary report for a collection system for Monaghan town sewerage; this system would include Latlurcan. The question of funding does not arise at this stage.
