Estimates for Public Services, 1995: Reports of Select Committees.

The Select Committee on Foreign Affairs has considered the revised Estimates for the Public Services, 1995, for the Department of Foreign Affairs and the other Estimates relevant to that Department.

The revised Estimates are hereby reported to Dáil Éireann.

(Carlow-Kilkenny): The Select Committee on Legislation and Security has considered the revised Estimates for the Public Services, 1995, for the Departments of Justice; Equality and Law Reform and Defence and all other Estimates relevant to those Departments.

The revised Estimates are hereby reported to Dáil Éireann.

The Select Committee on Enterprise and Economic Strategy has considered the Estimates for the Public Services, 1995, for the following Departments: Agriculture, Food and Forestry; Transport, Energy and Communications; Tourism and Trade; Marine and Enterprise and Employment and all other Estimates relevant to those Departments.

The Estimates are hereby reported to Dáil Éireann.

The Select Committee on Social Affairs has considered the Estimates for the Public Services, 1995, for the following Departments: Education, Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht; Health and Social Welfare and all other Estimates relevant to those Departments.

The Estimates are hereby reported to Dáil Éireann.

The Select Committee on Finance and General Affairs has considered the Estimates for the Finance group, including the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Environment Votes.

The Estimates are hereby reported to Dáil Éireann.

The committee wishes to report that it has decided to examine in more detail the operation of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Office of the Attorney General at separate hearings which will be held after the summer recess.
