86 Mr. L. Burke asked the Minister for the Environment when a particular county council submitted a preliminary report for a sewerage scheme (details supplied) to his Department; when it is intended to approve this scheme in order to enable the council proceed with the design; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A preliminary report for this scheme was submitted to my Department in June 1991. Given the high level of demands under the water and sewerage programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve the scheme.
