98 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Justice the current position with the delay in implementing restrictions on the overnight parking of heavy vehicles in Dublin residential areas; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12129/95]
I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 90 by Deputy Brennan on 9 May 1995 — Official Report volume 452 No. 5 column 1036.
To date Dublin Corporation and South Dublin County Council only have provided a list of alternative parking sites for such vehicles to the Garda.
