252 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if she will request the Revenue Commissioners, in conjunction with the Garda, to investigate the source of the funding used to acquire and open a business premises (details supplied) in Dublin 1 and to report on the findings. [12723/95]

I have referred the matter raised by the Deputy to the Garda authorities, for whatever action they consider appropriate.

I understand also that my colleague, the Minister for Finance, has similarly arranged to refer the matter to the Revenue Commissioners.
