Vol. 455 No. 8

Written Answers. - Judicial Separation Applications.

Alan Shatter

Ceist:

273 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice the number of applications for judicial separation currently awaiting hearing in each Circuit Court area and in the High Court. [12948/95]

The number of applications for judicial separation which are currently awaiting hearing in the Circuit Court is set out in the following schedule. The number of such applications currently awaiting hearing in the High Court is not readily available but is being sought. I will do my utmost to have this information made available to the Deputy within two weeks but he should be aware that the compilation of these statistics may take a little longer in some cases.
