351 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the division of the Slieveaneena Commonage (details supplied) in County Galway will be completed; and when a partition order will be prepared and lodged in the Land Registry. [13009/95]
An application to divide this commonage has been received by the Land Commission. The scheme of division is with the Land Commission survey branch so that a final survey map, which is necessary for registration in the Land Registry, can be prepared. The final survey map will be completed shortly and the preparation of a partition order to register the scheme in the Land Registry will then begin.
